Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Legal Associate. The Legal Associate will work on ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, preparing case strategies, and liaising with clients and external stakeholders under the guidance of the firm's partners. The position demands collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to high ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills
- Experience in Corporate Law, Compliance, and related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary legal issues
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in using legal databases and technology tools will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification
