Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Legal Associate position based in Pune. The Legal Associate will assist with preparing and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, analyzing cases, and providing counsel on legal matters. The role includes assisting in litigation processes, drafting agreements, preparing legal notices, and ensuring compliance with relevant legal frameworks. Collaboration with clients, advising on legal strategies, and managing legal risks will be integral to the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and Legal Issues handling
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and related processes
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills for case analysis and legal problem-solving
- Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and legal representation
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively within strict timelines
- Familiarity with corporate legal work, arbitration, and mediation is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB); LLM or specialization in corporate law will be advantageous
- Experience in handling cases within Indian legal systems and familiarity with local laws
