Anveshan is a mission-driven farm-to-fork, direct-to
consumer (D2C) food brand focused on delivering high-quality, minimally processed, and traditionally crafted food products sourced directly from Indian farmers. The company was founded in 2020 by IIT alumni with the vision to bridge the gap between rural producers and urban consumers by eliminating intermediaries and ensuring transparent traceability and strict quality control throughout the supply chain.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate – Legal & Compliance based in Gurugram. The Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements; assisting in transaction documentation (including SHA, SSA, and SPA); and ensuring compliance under the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, RBI, and labour laws. The role also involves handling regulatory compliances (including FSSAI and factory-related matters) and supporting fundraising and investment processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B); or CS or semi qualified CS.
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and reviewing contracts or other legal materials
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing complex legal problems and developing strategic solutions
- Excellent Communication skills for clear articulation of legal concepts to internal and external stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlineS.
