Job Title: Legal Associate
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Sector 32, Gurugram
Role Overview
We are hiring a Legal Associate with 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel. The role involves commercial contract drafting, transaction documentation, and corporate & regulatory compliances.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate Vendor, Service, and Commercial Agreements
- Assist in SHA, SSA, SPA and other transaction documents
- Compliance under the Companies Act, 2013 (private placement, share transfer, ROC filings, board matters)
- Labour law compliances (PF, ESIC, LWF) and factory-related compliances
• FEMA & RBI compliances
• Regulatory compliance including FSSAI, Factory, FMCG & IPR matters
• Support in fundraising and investment Process
Eligibility
• LL.B. degree
• CS qualification or Semi-qualified CS will be an advantage
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of corporate and regulatory compliances
