THE ROLE
We are looking for a Legal Associate with strong litigation experience to join our team in Greater Noida
West. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you will handle the litigation and dispute resolution
needs of our clients — primarily in the areas of consumer disputes, breach of contract, and delayed
payment recovery.
You will work closely with the senior team and client-facing counsellors to manage active matters, draft
legal documents, appear before forums, and advise clients on dispute strategy. This role demands
someone who is sharp, articulate, and comfortable navigating both courtroom work and client
communication.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
• Manage end-to-end litigation matters for clients — from receiving the brief to filing,
appearances, and closure
• Appear before Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions and Forums at the District, State,
and National levels
• Handle breach of contract disputes — draft legal notices, replies, and pleadings independently
• Manage delayed payment recovery matters — including cases under MSME Samadhaan portal,
Section 138 NI Act, and commercial court proceedings
• File and track matters on the Samadhaan portal; maintain an active, up-to-date register of all
portal submissions and their status
• Coordinate with external advocates wherever matters require court appearances beyond your
scope
Contract Drafting & Review
• Draft standard commercial contracts, legal notices, demand letters, and settlement agreements
• Review contracts received from opposing parties or clients and provide written risk assessments
• Assist the senior team with contract review and audit assignments as required
Client Communication & Reporting
• Maintain regular communication with clients on matter status — proactively, not just when asked
• Prepare and share concise written updates after every significant development in a matter
• Participate in client calls and meetings as needed — you must be able to explain legal
developments clearly and without jargon
• Maintain a live litigation register across all active matters — updated after every hearing or
development
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have — We will not proceed without these
LL.B. degree from a recognised university — Bar Council enrollment is mandatory
• 3 to 4 years of post-qualification litigation experience — not internship or academic years
• Hands-on experience with Consumer Forum proceedings — you should have personally filed and argued consumer matters
• Active experience with the MSME Samadhaan portal — filing, tracking, and managing cases end-to-end
• Experience handling breach of contract and delayed payment recovery cases
Contract drafting experience — you must be able to draft a standard commercial contract independently
• Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi — client-facing articulation is non-negotiable
Good to Have — These will make you stand out
• Experience working in a legal tech, LPO, or managed legal services environment
• Familiarity with commercial courts and NCLT proceedings
• Exposure to POSH compliance or corporate advisory work
• Ability to write clean, structured legal opinions and plain-language client summaries
