We’re looking for a Legal Associate to own site due diligence, leasing, and legal compliance for our expansion. This role will drive faster, standardised closures, manage contracts, and ensure all licenses and documentation stay on track as we scale across locations.
What you’ll do
1. Own due diligence (DDR) for new sites
- Review property documents shared by the expansion team
- Verify ownership, title chain, and land use
- Support go/no-go decisions with clear, structured inputs
2. Draft and close agreements
- Prepare LOIs and lease agreements
- Translate DDR findings into practical legal safeguards
- Drive faster, more standardized closures
3. Manage commercial contracts
- Draft and review vendor agreements
- Handle aggregator, SaaS, and service contracts
4. Ensure compliance stays on track
- Apply for and track licenses (FSSAI, Shops & Establishment, Trade License, Fire NOC, etc.)
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet timelines
Who this is for
- 4–6 years of experience in real estate, retail, or QSR legal
- Comfortable with occasional travel as required
- Hands-on experience with due diligence and contract drafting
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Interested in building systems, not just executing tasks

- Experience supporting multi-site expansion (QSR or retail chains)
