Legal Associate – Litigation, Compliance & Corporate (3–5 Years Experience)
📍 Location: Greater Noida West
At Contract Bazaar, we are looking for a sharp, business-oriented Legal Associate who can seamlessly handle litigation, compliance, and corporate legal matters. This is a high-impact, client-facing role suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of courtroom strategy and corporate advisory.

Key Responsibilities
Litigation & Dispute Resolution
- Manage end-to-end litigation matters — from client brief to filing, hearings, and closure
- Represent clients before Consumer Forums, Commercial Courts, and other judicial/quasi-judicial bodies
- Handle matters related to:
- Consumer disputes
- Breach of contract
- Recovery and cheque bounce (Section 138 NI Act)
- Manage cases on the MSME Samadhaan portal — filing, tracking, and status updates
- Coordinate with external counsel where required
Corporate & Compliance
- Ensure end-to-end compliance management for clients across applicable laws
- Handle corporate compliance requirements including company law, filings, and regulatory adherence
- Assist clients in setting up compliance frameworks and risk mitigation strategies
- Work on corporate advisory matters and support ongoing legal compliance needs
Contracting & Advisory
- Independently draft and review:
- Commercial agreements
- Legal notices and replies
- Demand notices and settlement agreements
- Provide clear, practical legal advice with a business-first approach
- Identify risks in contracts and recommend actionable solutions
Client Management
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients on legal matters
- Provide regular, proactive updates on ongoing cases and compliance status
- Participate in client calls and explain legal concepts in a clear, structured, and non-jargon manner
- Maintain detailed trackers for litigation and compliance activities
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- LL.B. from a recognized university with Bar Council enrollment
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (core litigation experience is mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Consumer litigation
- Contract disputes & recovery matters
- Compliance management
- Experience with the MSME Samadhaan portal
- Proven ability to draft contracts independently
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (client-facing role)
Good to Have
- Experience in legal tech / LPO / managed legal services
- Exposure to corporate advisory, ROC filings, or NCLT matters
- Familiarity with POSH compliance and internal policies
- Ability to simplify complex legal concepts for business clients
