Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate – Corporate & Transactions at Quick Clean Laundry Solutions, located in Gurugram. The Legal Associate will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, providing advice on corporate and compliance matters, and addressing legal issues related to business operations. Key responsibilities include performing legal research, ensuring regulatory compliance, negotiating agreements, reviewing contracts, and offering sound legal advice to stakeholders.
This role goes beyond routine legal work and offers exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives, including fundraising, private equity transactions, M&A, and long-term IPO readiness.
You will work closely with the founders, leadership team, and external advisors, playing a key role in enabling business growth while ensuring strong legal and compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Contracting & Commercial Legal
• Draft, review, and negotiate:
• Client agreements (hospitals, hotels)
• Vendor and outsourcing contracts
• Lease and on-premise setup agreements
• Standardize and improve contract templates and processes
Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, including labour and local regulations
• Identify and mitigate legal risks across operations
• Support resolution of disputes with clients, vendors, and partners

Corporate & Strategic Transactions
• Support fundraising and private equity / VC transactions
• Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and documentation
• Contribute towards IPO readiness and governance frameworks
• Coordinate with external law firms, investors, and advisors

• Build and streamline legal processes, documentation, and approval workflows
• Maintain contract repositories and compliance trackers

Who We’re Looking For
• 3–6 years of experience in: A corporate law firm, or An in-house legal role (services / infrastructure / healthcare / hospitality preferred)
•. Strong experience in contract drafting and negotiation
• Exposure (or strong interest) in PE/VC transactions, M&A, or corporate structuring
• Ability to balance legal risk with business practicality
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Exceptional Analytical Skills for problem-solving and evaluating legal risks
- Effective Communication skills for providing legal advice and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Familiarity with handling complex Legal Issues and regulatory compliance
- Ability to work independently and under deadlines
- SPossession of a law degree (LL.B or equivalent), and enrollment with the Bar Council of India
- Prior legal experience in corporate or transactional law is a significant advantage
