Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Intern to join our team in a remote setup. This internship is a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to legal processes, documentation, and research while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing basic legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Conduct legal research on assigned topics and summarize findings
- Help organize and maintain case files, records, and documentation
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, follow-ups, and data management
- Support communication with clients and internal teams when required
- Ensure tasks are completed in line with basic legal and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law or a related field
- Basic understanding of legal concepts and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Interest in legal research and drafting

- Familiarity with legal systems in India, USA, or EMEA regions
- Prior internship or academic experience in legal work/research
