Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Legal Assistant to support our legal and tax services at AR Rahman Tax & Accounting and SAMS-RBC. This remote role involves assisting lawyers with legal document preparation, administrative tasks, client communication, and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents
Provide administrative and organizational support to lawyers
Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
Support problem-solving and ensure deadlines are met
Use MS Office and legal software for documentation and workflow management
Qualifications & Skills
Qualification - LLB graduate
Experience - 1 year minimum
Professional English Speaking and Writing skills
Knowledge of law and legal document preparation
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities
High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in MS Office and legal software
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Experience in a legal or tax environment is a plus
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
