Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal and Compliance Executive based in Mumbai. The responsibility of the Legal and Compliance Executive includes ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, drafting and reviewing legal documents, monitoring organizational practices, and implementing compliance programs. The role demands clear communication with stakeholders, provision of legal advice, and the formulation of risk mitigation strategies as necessary for the organization’s operational and legal integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, with experience in adhering to and implementing legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven Analytical Skills to assess risks, interpret legal statutes, and guide organizational decision-making.
- Deep understanding of Law and its application to analyze and resolve complex legal matters efficiently.
- Proficiency in drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with high ethical standards.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree, LLB or equivalent qualification with relevant experience.
- Exposure to compliance in diverse industries is an advantage.
