Role Description
The Legal and Business Development Intern will support day-to-day legal research, drafting legal documents, and assisting in client consultations to address various legal matters. Internship responsibilities include analyzing legal issues, conducting contract reviews, and identifying business development opportunities to expand client outreach. As part of the on-site team, the intern will work in the Kanayannur office, gaining valuable hands-on experience in legal and business practices.
Qualifications
- Knowledge or study in Law and Legal Consulting
- Proficiency in drafting and preparing Legal Documents
- Strong Communication skills for client interaction and relationship building
- Ability to analyze and advise on Legal Issues
- Proactive attitude and ability to work in a team setting
- Basic understanding of business development processes is an advantage
- Enrollment in a law or business-related academic program is preferred
