Role Description The Legal Advocate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This position involves providing legal advice on real estate transactions, reviewing and drafting contractual agreements, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Legal Advocate will manage legal affairs related to property acquisition, development, and customer documentation, and will support negotiations with clients, partners, and regulatory bodies. Daily responsibilities include conducting legal research, preparing opinions and reports, coordinating with external legal counsel when required, and maintaining accurate legal records. The role also includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to mitigate legal risks and support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Law and Legal Affairs, with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and handling Contractual Agreements, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms.
- Experience in Negotiation, particularly in real estate or commercial contexts, with a focus on achieving fair and compliant outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law (LL.B/LL.M) from a recognized institution; enrollment with a Bar Council is preferred.
- Prior experience in real estate law, property documentation, or corporate legal departments is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively on-site with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple cases or agreements simultaneously.
