🚨 We’re Hiring | Legal Team | Bengaluru 🚨
We are looking for experienced Advocates to join our Legal team in Bengaluru.
1. Advocate – Non-Litigation
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct title due diligence for real estate projects.
* Draft and vet Sale Deeds, JDAs, GPAs, Lease Agreements, and Construction Agreements.
* Handle end-to-end property registrations in Karnataka.
* Ensure compliance with:
* Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA)
* Registration Act, 1908
* Transfer of Property Act, 1882
* Indian Stamp Act, 1899
* Karnataka Land Revenue Regulations
* Strong understanding of Karnataka land laws.
Preferred Background:
* Experience with real estate developers, law firms, or property advisory firms.

2. Advocate – Litigation
Experience: 5–10 Years
Key Responsibilities:
* Represent developers in civil, commercial, and regulatory disputes.
* Handle matters related to project delays, specific performance, injunctions, land title disputes, recovery proceedings, consumer complaints, and RERA litigation.
* Appear before Civil Courts, Commercial Courts, Consumer Forums, and the Karnataka Real Estate Regulatory Authority (KRERA).
