Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Legal Advisor based in New Delhi. The role involves handling a variety of legal tasks, including preparing and reviewing legal documents, providing expert legal advice to stakeholders, and addressing legal issues related to labor and employment law. Responsibilities also encompass ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, representing the organization in legal proceedings, and providing strategic guidance on risk management. While the role is primarily based in New Delhi, it offers flexibility for remote work on select occasions.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law, including a thorough understanding of legal principles and their application
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and addressing Legal Issues
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and navigate complex legal systems
- Knowledge and experience in Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in regulatory compliance within the manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Law degree (LLB or equivalent) and relevant licensure
