Senior AI Agent Developer – Vertical AI Agent & SaaS Solutions (Gen AI, RAG, LLM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior AI Agent Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing AI-driven agents, particularly in the context of Generative AI (Gen AI), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will contribute to the development of Vertical AI Agents tailored for SaaS and workflow products, integrating cutting-edge AI technologies. This role requires experience in AI agent development and audit technology. You will be instrumental in building scalable AI solutions that provide valuable insights and automation for diverse industries. Key Responsibilities: ● AI Agent Development (Gen AI, RAG, LLM) ○ Design, develop, and implement Generative AI agents leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Models (LLMs) to solve complex domain-specific challenges. ○ Integrate Gen AI technologies to enable the creation of contextually accurate, human-like responses for various SaaS workflows, automating business processes. ○ Work with advanced AI techniques (e.g., reinforcement learning, deep learning, NLP) to build intelligent agents capable of learning and evolving within real-time workflows. ● Vertical AI Solutions: ○ Research, design, and implement AI models and systems that cater to specific industry verticals using Gen AI, RAG, and LLMs to enhance efficiency and optimize business processes. ○ Build vertical-specific agents that deliver accurate, actionable insights and automate tasks within a given domain, leveraging specialized industry data. ● SaaS & Workflow Product Integration: ○ Develop scalable AI agents that integrate with cloud-based SaaS applications and complex workflows, enabling real-time AI-powered automation and intelligent decision-making. ○ Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless AI agent integration with existing SaaS platforms. ● Audit Technology Expertise: ○ Develop AI-driven solutions for audit, compliance, and regulatory technology tools, focusing on automating auditing processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance through AI agents. ○ Apply Gen AI and RAG techniques to enhance the capabilities of audit technology, allowing for more accurate and dynamic audit processes. ● Continuous Improvement & Innovation: ○ Stay ahead of the curve on Gen AI, RAG, and LLM technologies and their application within SaaS and vertical-specific solutions. ○ Continuously optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy, integrating feedback loops to enhance learning and adaptability. ● Fintech Background (Would be considered a plus): ○ Utilize your knowledge of the fintech space to build AI solutions for risk management, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and customer service automation. ○ Implement LLMs and RAG-based AI solutions to ensure financial products are adaptive, secure, and aligned with regulatory standards.
