Job Description

ZBrain, a leader in AI and Generative AI solutions, is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnership Manager to drive our growth by building and nurturing strategic alliances. This role will focus on developing a robust partnership ecosystem, enhancing market reach, and driving revenue through innovative AI-powered collaborations. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in partnership management, preferably in AI or technology sectors, to align with ZBrain’s mission of simplifying and amplifying enterprise productivity.

Responsibilities

Partnership Strategy & Development:

  • Formulate and execute a partnership strategy aligned with ZBrain’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize potential partners, including technology platforms, channel partners, and solution providers.
  • Build a diverse ecosystem to strengthen ZBrain’s market position and offerings.

Relationship Management:

  • Foster and maintain strong, multi-level relationships with existing and new partners.
  • Act as the primary liaison, ensuring clear communication and objective alignment.

Partnership Program Design:

  • Develop and optimize partnership programs and processes for mutual success.
  • Create efficient partner onboarding frameworks to accelerate integration and value delivery.

Go-to-Market Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with partners on joint go-to-market campaigns and initiatives.
  • Work with marketing to produce co-branded content, events, and promotional materials.
  • Enable partners through training and resources for effective solution positioning.

Technical Integration & Enablement:

  • Partner with product and engineering teams to ensure seamless technical integrations.
  • Oversee creation of integration documentation, APIs, and technical resources.
  • Equip partners with tools and knowledge to implement ZBrain solutions effectively.

Revenue Growth & Pipeline Generation:

  • Set and track partnership-driven revenue and pipeline goals.
  • Measure partner contributions to business growth and ROI.
  • Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the ecosystem.

Market Intelligence & Strategic Planning:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and partnership ecosystem developments.
  • Provide strategic insights to leadership on opportunities and risks.
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning from a partnership perspective.

Contract Negotiation & Management:

  • Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms for ZBrain.
  • Manage agreements, renewals, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with legal teams to develop standard partnership templates.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

Job

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or alliance management, ideally in SaaS, AI, or technology-driven industries.
  • Proven success in building and scaling partnership programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise solution selling.
  • Experience managing C-level relationships and negotiating partnership agreements.
  • Proficiency in articulating complex value propositions for technical and business audiences.

  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of AI/Generative AI technologies to effectively communicate ZBrain’s value to partners.
  • Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and analytics platforms to track partnership performance.
  • Compliance: Experience ensuring partnerships adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
