Senior Project Manager (XN08)

The Outpatients CSU at Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust (LTHT) is actively seeking a dynamic and inspiring individual who will bring enthusiasm for change and a willingness to adopt new technologies and ways of working. The role is to actively lead and successfully deliver a range of projects and improvements across the Leeds Teaching Hospitals estate. This is an opportunity for a suitably qualified and motivated Project Manager, with previous experience of managing successful projects in a hospital setting, to join the Outpatients team. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills and ability to use your initiative. This post specialises in larger healthcare developments as well as minor projects so you should have healthcare planning experience and be able to lead clinical colleagues through the project process. You will have the opportunity to gain management experience through providing a supporting role to senior colleagues. Its is essential that the candidate has strong operational knowledge in particular to digitalise Outpatient & Diagnostic services and transform delivery.
