</div><div>This is not a desk job and not a “stand back and supervise” position. The Working Supervisor is a <strong>hands-on leader</strong> who works alongside the crew every day while also directing and managing the jobsite. This role requires someone who leads from the front—demonstrating craftsmanship, setting the pace, and ensuring quality through direct involvement in the work.<br><br>
</div><div>You will be expected to <strong>actively perform the same skilled tasks as your team</strong>—painting, waterproofing, sealants, coatings, and cleaning—while also overseeing safety, production, and job execution.<br><br>

<li> Communicate job progress, challenges, and needs clearly and consistently </li>

<li> Complete daily reports, time tracking, and material usage </li>
<li> Assist with material planning and inventory </li>
<li> Provide field insight to improve estimating and planning </li>

<li> 5+ years of hands-on experience in painting, coatings, waterproofing, or related trades </li>
<li> Proven ability to both <strong>perform the work and lead others doing it</strong>

<li> Strong understanding of surface prep, materials, and application methods </li>
<li> Willingness to work physically every day in all job conditions </li>
<li> Valid driver’s license </li>

<li> OSHA certification or similar safety training </li>
