Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer in English based in Hyderabad. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching English to junior college students, developing and delivering engaging curriculum material, and preparing lesson plans. Additional responsibilities include evaluating students' performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering an interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in English Teaching with strong skills in Lecturing
- Experience in Curriculum Development and adapting content to diverse learning needs
- Proficiency in Education and Teaching methodologies suited to junior college students
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate students towards academic excellence
- Master’s degree in English, Literature, or a related field (required); PhD or equivalent credentials (preferred)
- Prior teaching experience at the junior college level is an advantage
