Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Lecturer role based in Dharwad. The primary responsibilities include delivering well-structured and engaging lectures, preparing comprehensive course materials, and assisting students with their doubts. The role also involves conducting assessments, evaluating student performance, and implementing strategies to help students excel in NEET and CET exams. Additionally, lecturers will provide mentorship and foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Expertise in subject areas related to NEET/CET syllabus, with a strong ability to simplify and explain complex concepts.
- Experience in curriculum planning, lesson structuring, and creating effective teaching methodologies tailored for competitive exams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate and mentor students.
- A Master's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in teaching competitive exam aspirants is highly desirable.
