Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lecturer at Regency College of Culinary Arts & Hotel Management in Hyderabad. The Lecturer will be responsible for teaching courses in FOOD PRODUCTION / F&B SERVICE / ACCOM OPERATIONS / FRONT OFFICE, developing course materials, grading assignments, and providing academic support to students. The Lecturer will also be responsible for participating in departmental meetings and committees, as well as engaging in professional development activities.
Qualifications
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or related field
- Experience in teaching food production courses
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Experience in curriculum development is a plus
- Experience in student advising and mentoring is a plus
