Role Description The Leasing Specialist is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing the leasing process and delivering a high-quality experience for prospective and current residents. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding clients through application and move-in procedures. The role involves preparing and reviewing lease documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining organized records. The Leasing Specialist builds strong resident relationships, supports retention initiatives, and collaborates with property management and sales teams to meet occupancy and revenue goals. This position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property features, pricing, and market conditions to provide clear and informed guidance to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication, to interact effectively with prospects and residents.
- Experience with Leases and Lease Administration, including drafting, reviewing, and managing lease agreements and related documentation.
- Resident Retention skills, with the ability to build relationships, address concerns, and support a positive living experience.
- Familiarity with real estate or property management operations, preferably in residential or mixed-use properties.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including occasional evenings or weekends as business needs require.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Proficiency with basic office software and property management or CRM systems.
- Relevant education in business, real estate, hospitality, or a related field is preferred, along with prior leasing or sales experience.
