Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Manager based in New Delhi. The Leasing Manager will be responsible for managing leasing activities, overseeing lease administration, and conducting market research to identify growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining tenant relationships, ensuring resident retention, negotiating lease agreements, and coordinating property management operations. The role will involve collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to enhance the leasing strategy for properties.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in leases and lease administration
- Proficiency in market research and ability to analyze market trends for strategic decision-making
- Experience in property management with a focus on operational efficiency
- Skills in tenant management and strategies for resident retention and satisfaction
- Effective negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience working in retail or commercial real estate is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while meeting deadlines
