Rudram Realty Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Manager to drive leasing operations for premium commercial and residential real estate projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong market knowledge, excellent networking abilities, and proven expertise in client acquisition, lease negotiations, and channel partner coordination.
This role requires a professional who can build long-term relationships with landlords, developers, corporates, and retail brands while ensuring successful leasing closures and revenue growth for the organization.
Leasing & Business Development- Lead leasing activities for commercial, retail, and residential projects across assigned territories
- Generate leasing opportunities through direct clients, brokers, corporates, and channel partner networks
- Identify prospective tenants/brands and convert leads into successful closures
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits
