Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Leasing Manager at CYK Hospitalities Pvt. Ltd. The Leasing Manager will oversee lease administration, coordinate property management activities, conduct market research to identify expansion opportunities, manage tenant relationships, and ensure high levels of resident retention. The role also involves working closely with clients to support their leasing and location needs while achieving business objectives effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing Leases and Lease Administration
- Experience conducting Market Research to identify potential leasing and expansion opportunities
- Knowledge of Property Management practices
- Strong skills in Resident Retention and tenant relationship management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and deliver data-driven insights
- Relevant experience in the real estate, hospitality, or leasing industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is advantageous
