Role Overview
The Leasing Executive will support leasing activities across retail, commercial, and office spaces. The role involves identifying potential tenants, coordinating leasing transactions, maintaining relationships with brokers and clients, and ensuring optimal occupancy across properties.
The candidate will work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, legal, and projects to ensure smooth execution of leasing deals and tenant onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Leasing & Business Development
Assist in executing leasing strategies for retail, commercial, and office spaces.
Identify and approach prospective tenants including brands, startups, and corporate clients.
Support in pitching properties and conducting site visits with potential tenants.
Generate leads through brokers, channel partners, and direct outreach.
2. Tenant Acquisition & Coordination
Coordinate with clients for requirement understanding, negotiations, and deal closure.
Support in onboarding new tenants and maintaining leasing documentation.
Ensure smooth handover of space in coordination with project and facility teams.
3. Broker & Channel Partner Management
Build and maintain relationships with local brokers and property consultants.
Regularly follow up with channel partners for potential leasing opportunities.
Participate in broker meets and networking activities to generate leads.
4. Market Research & Analysis
Track market trends, rental benchmarks, and competitor activities in relevant micro-markets.
Provide inputs on pricing, demand trends, and tenant preferences.
Maintain database of prospective clients and ongoing leasing discussions.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Assist in preparation of lease proposals, term sheets, and agreements.
Maintain leasing trackers, pipeline reports, and occupancy status.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with legal and finance teams.
6. Customer Experience
Ensure a smooth and professional experience for clients throughout the leasing cycle.
Address tenant queries and coordinate for issue resolution post-leasing.
Maintain long-term relationships for renewals and referrals.

Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of leasing processes and real estate market
- Familiarity with MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting systems
- Understanding of lease agreements and commercial terms (preferred)
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing/Real Estate preferred)
- 1–4 years of experience in real estate leasing / sales / business development
- Experience in commercial, retail, or office leasing will be an advantage
Preferred Profile
- Candidate with exposure to real estate developers, IPCs, or brokerage firms
- Strong local market understanding (Gurgaon / NCR preferred)
