Role Description
- Assist in identifying and sourcing prospective tenants for commercial properties.
- Support senior team members in leasing transactions and client coordination.
- Maintain property listings and databases of available commercial spaces.
- Coordinate and schedule site visits with prospective clients.
- Prepare and share proposals, brochures, and leasing documents.
- Assist in lease negotiations under guidance from the senior team.
- Keep track of leasing pipeline and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in target micro-markets.
Mandatory Info
- Bachelors degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in real estate, sales, or leasing preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic knowledge of real estate markets, especially commercial leasing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
- Having a personal two-wheeler for local travel is mandatory for this role.
Salary | Benifits
20,000-25,000 plus petrol allowance and plus incentive.
