Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Leasing Executive to join our team on-site in Noida. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing tenant acquisition processes, conducting market research, negotiating and managing leases, and ensuring optimal occupancy for the property. This role involves establishing strong relationships with prospective tenants and supporting the overall leasing objectives of Spectrum@Metro.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Commercial Leasing and Lease Administration
- Strong skills in Lease Negotiation and understanding of Leases
- Proficiency in conducting thorough Market Research
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and time-management capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
- Familiarity with the commercial property markets in Noida or similar urban areas is an advantage
