Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Leasing Executive located at Spectrum@Metro in Noida. The Leasing Executive will focus on identifying leasing opportunities, negotiating lease agreements, conducting market research to track competitors, and ensuring compliance with lease administration processes. The role emphasizes building relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring successful lease closures to promote and grow the commercial property’s occupancy rate.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Leasing and experience with lease agreements (e.g., Leases and Lease Negotiations)
- Strong skills in Lease Administration and related processes
- Experience in Market Research to analyze competition and industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in real estate, retail leasing, or commercial properties is a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
