Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Executive based in Gurugram. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for overseeing commercial leasing activities, conducting market research, and negotiating lease agreements. Building strong relationships with tenants and business partners. The role demands effective communication and a proactive approach to understanding market trends and delivering client-aligned solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Commercial Leasing, Lease Negotiations, and Lease Administration
- Strong knowledge of Leases and the ability to handle lease-related documentation and processes
- Competence in Market Research to identify opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients, property owners, and stakeholders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
