Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Executive role based in Coimbatore. The Leasing Executive will be responsible for managing commercial and residential leasing activities, including identifying prospective tenants, conducting property tours, and explaining lease terms and conditions. Daily tasks include handling lease documentation, coordinating with property owners and tenants, maintaining leasing records, and ensuring timely lease renewals. The role also involves monitoring market trends, supporting pricing strategies, and contributing to occupancy targets while providing professional customer service to all prospective and existing tenants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Commercial Leasing and Leases to manage end-to-end leasing processes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Negotiations to secure favorable terms for both the company and tenants.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lease Administration to handle documentation, records, and compliance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to track local real estate trends and support pricing and occupancy strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with property owners, tenants, and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple properties, contracts, and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently on-site, with a proactive and service-oriented approach.
- Relevant experience in real estate or property management; a bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field is an advantage.
