Our client is looking for Leasing professional with min 10 years + experience who will be responsible to drive prospect generation, client engagement, and deal execution leading to leasing of land and built-up space for Industrial businesses at Aerospace and Industrial Parks at GVIAL (Bhogapuram), thereby meeting revenue and occupancy targets. The role involves end-to-end management of leasing transactions—from lead sourcing and proposal support to client coordination, documentation, and handover— through active collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
