Our Co-founders: Shronit Ladhani and Gargi Ruparelia had the incredible opportunity to represent LearnTube on prime time CNBC-TV18 They discussed our inclusion in Google’s Top 20 AI startups, our goals for the coming quarters, and our mission to make high-quality & interactive learning accessible to all.

Responsibilities:

1. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, wireframes and sitemaps
2. Design everything from complete features to GUI elements, like tabs and widgets
3. Develop UI mockups & prototypes that illustrate product look & functionality and get user feedback
4. Create original graphic designs & illustrations (e.g. images, sketches, UI elements)
5. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, source user feedback & iterate product
6. Strategise & implement UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
7. Build and ensure an extremely easy to use & pleasing product with intuitive interactions
8. Collaborate with the developers, program managers, marketing team to drive outcomes, improve use & product advocacy
9. Build strong habit loops, gamification systems, and other aspects to drive strong product adoption; a quality learning experience

Must Have Skills

1. Should be able to create wireframes with - Balsamiq, Pencil, Axure, Whimsical, Mockflow, or any other wireframing tool of their choice
2. Should be able to convert any wireframes into mockups using Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch or any other mockup tool of their choice
3. Should be able to find design inspirations related to the idea proposed and should be able to do independent research to find these designs.
4. Should be able to understand color theory and must be able to create design patterns required for the User Interface.
5. Should be able to create/use typography suited for the application.
6. Should be able to create the required iconography if required, or find the required icon sets that best fit for the UI.
7. Should have an intuitive understanding of User Experience.
8. Should have worked on Isomorphic design and Glassmorphic designs.
9. Should understand design sprints and must be able to deliver within timelines.

Good to Have Skills

1. Should be able to work on brochures, pamphlets, icons and produce other artifacts required for the digital marketing team.
2. Experience with any vector graphics tools like Inkscape, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Affinity Designer or any other tool is desired.
3. Ability to deliver design specs to the developer team i.e. HTML CSS code along with pixel perfect screens
4. The ability to create dazzling presentations is preferred too
5. Micro Interactions - The designer need not have animations skills but it would be preferred if they can create micro-interactions for the application using any tool of their choice, like Adobe After Effects.
6. Avid reader of design books and must keep updated with latest developments in the design world.
