Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Full Stack Engineer at Learno.AI, based in New Delhi. You will be reporting directly to, and be mentored by, our CTO.

As our primary full stack engineer, your work will be impactful—actively contributing to strategic features, shaping our product, and delivering meaningful changes. You'll drive product scalability, maintain high code quality, and take part in architecture decisions for a robust and flexible infrastructure

Requirement:

1. Proven experience developing scalable web applications from scratch, using modern frameworks.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and frameworks such as Next.js (frontend) and NestJS (node.js backend).
3. Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases.
4. Comfortable with REST API development, security standards, and integration strategies.
5. Some Python development experience and familiarity with FastAPI, or willingness to quickly pick up these skills.
6. A solid understanding of deployment, DevOps principles, containerization, and scaling techniques.
7. Independent problem-solver: proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in startup environments with minimal supervision.
   

What You'll Do:

1. Build, enhance, and maintain responsive, performant frontend interfaces in Next.js.
2. Conceptualize and create powerful backend services and REST APIs leveraging the NestJS framework.
3. Collaborate with the AI team, supporting our FastAPI-based AI layer and occasionally contributing in Python to integrate backend/frontend with AI services.
4. Work closely with our product team to build intuitive, user-focused features.
5. Maintain a scalable, reliable MongoDB database system and optimize interactions.
6. Implement best practices and ensure code is clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable.
7. Participate actively in architectural decisions, technology selection, and development processes.
8. Manage deployment pipelines, monitoring, performance tuning, and infrastructure scaling strategies.
9. Mentor and potentially lead future engineering team members as the team grows.
