Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you'll be reporting to the Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer on full-time hours and working from home remotely. As an Integrations Support Engineer, you'll have a direct impact on assessing client needs, translating technical requirements into actionable solutions, enhancing the sales process, and supporting onboarding to ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Collaborating with our Engineering teams, you will: Serve as the primary point of contact for integrations within the Engineering department and project delivery teams. Analyse technical requirements and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions and document technical specifications for integrations. Drive software engineering excellence, maintaining proficiency in tools, best practices, and processes. Manage work items, ensuring accurate status reporting and adherence to timelines. Support integration partner onboarding, troubleshooting, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders in communications. Contribute to continuous improvement in integration processes, methods, and deployment of features and fixes. What You'll Offer 2+ years in a development/test/support role within the software engineering field 2+ years within a multinational enterprise support & operations environment Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to stakeholders and build collaborative relationships. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on customer results and technical expertise. Cloud service providers and technologies (AWS) Experience working in Agile environments, including Scrum and/or Kanban
