Role Overview
Own end-to-end execution of AI training programs across enterprises and universities. Focus on delivery quality, stakeholder management, and learner outcomes (including placement readiness). This is a hands-on execution role, not IT project management.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute AI/Data Science programs across multiple locations
- Manage trainers, schedules, and program operations
- Track attendance, performance, and completion metrics
- Handle client stakeholders (corporates, universities)
- Drive engagement: workshops, demos, reviews
- Support program scaling and new deployments
Required Skills
AI Tools (Must)
- Hands-on with: ChatGPT, Claude
- Can write structured prompts and use AI for content, analysis, workflows
- Understand basics: LLMs, prompting, limitations
Excel & Data Tracking
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Can manage dashboards, pivots, tracking sheets
LMS Management
- Experience with Learnyst or similar
- Manage courses, assignments, reports
Tech & Curriculum Awareness
- Basic understanding of:
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA curriculum
- Programming, DSA, AI basics
- Can align training with industry expectations
Placement Awareness
- Understand hiring trends (dev, data, AI roles)
- Can assess student readiness and skill gaps
Profile
- 3–7 years in EdTech / Training / Program Ops
- Experience in learning programs (not IT project delivery)
- Comfortable with travel and on-ground execution
