Role Description The Learning Program Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru,Pune or Mumbai, with flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. This role involves designing, managing, and delivering end-to-end learning solutionw that align with client and internal stakeholder needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting needs analyses, collaborating with subject matter experts, developing program structures and learning paths, and overseeing scheduling, logistics, and participant communication. The Learning Program Manager will monitor program effectiveness, analyze feedback and performance data, and refine content and delivery methods for continuous improvement. The role also includes coordinating with trainers, managing learning platforms or tools, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience for all participants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Program Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and tracking outcomes.

- Experience in HR, corporate Learning & Development, talent development, or consulting environments is beneficial.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Education, Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines) is preferred.
