Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Ideation & Opportunity Mapping:
- Proactively identify training needs by analyzing business KPIs, performance data, and emerging industry trends.
- Design and pitch creative learning roadmaps that address both immediate skill gaps and long-term career development.
- Stakeholder Management & Influencing:
- Partner with senior leadership to align L&D initiatives with departmental goals.
- Use data-driven insights and persuasive communication to secure buy-in and budget for new learning experiments.
- End-to-End Program Management:
- Lead the full lifecycle of complex learning programs—from scoping and design to delivery and post-training impact assessment.
- Manage vendor relationships and internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure high-quality content delivery.
- L&D Ecosystem Evolution:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current programs using models like Kirkpatrick’s or ROI analysis.
- Stay abreast of EdTech trends and integrate modern modalities (social learning, micro-learning, AI-driven paths) into the curriculum.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: A minimum of 8 years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Program Management.
- Education: Any Bachelor’s degree , Certifications in L&D preferred
- Core Competencies:
- Influence & Negotiation: Proven ability to navigate complex organizational hierarchies and influence decision-makers without direct authority.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to translate "we need training" into a specific, measurable performance intervention.
- Agility: Comfortable pivoting strategies in a fast-paced environment where business priorities shift frequently.
Tools: Familiarity with LMS platforms,MS-Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
