Position Overview
The LMS Administrator will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the organization’s Learning Management System to ensure seamless and effective learning experience.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and strong coordination skills to align learning initiatives with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Administration & Operations
· Manage day-to-day LMS operations including system configuration, course setup, user roles, and permissions
· Oversee LMS interface, site structure, and eLearning content implementation
· Conduct system audits and resolve technical issues promptly
· Generate and analyze reports to track usage and performance system Development & Optimization
· Stay updated with emerging trends in learning technologies and implement improvements
· Define and maintain technical standards for LMS, including integrations, APIs, and data migrations
· Continuously evaluate system performance and recommend enhancements
User & Security Management
· Manage user access, validation, and auditing processes
· Ensure LMS security, including user permissions and system integrity
· Monitor system usage and resolve access or technical issues
Content & Training Support
· Support implementation of digital learning content and courses
· Assist in reviewing and improving eLearning materials
· Maintain training structures and course frameworks
Collaboration & Support
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance learning practices
· Provide guidance and solutions related to LMS challenges
· Support learners by resolving queries and technical issues
· Ensure smooth communication and coordination across teams
Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain comprehensive LMS documentation for reference and troubleshooting
· Track learning trends and provide insights for decision-making
Education & Expertise
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field
· Additional qualification in Social Work/Development is an advantage
· Strong knowledge of LMS tools, content authoring tools, and learning technologies
· Familiarity with databases, server environments, integrations, authentication (SSO), and analytics tools
Key Requirements
· Experience in LMS administration or similar systems
· Strong data management and analytical skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
· Basic knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
· Understanding of instructional design and adult learning principles
· Strong communication and business writing skills
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Excellent organizational and customer service skills
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Remuneration: Based on candidate’s current CTC and experience.
Type of employment: Permanent (Work from office).
