We are looking for a highly capable LMS Course Author / Administrator to manage and scale our learning infrastructure.

Role Overview
This is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and optimizing our Learning Management System. The ideal candidate will ensure system reliability, seamless user experience, and continuous platform improvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer and maintain the LMS platform with a focus on performance and scalability
• Configure courses, user roles, permissions, and system settings
• Manage user onboarding, access control, and issue resolution
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure minimal downtime
• Collaborate with content and instructional teams to support course delivery
• Implement system updates, integrations, and enhancements
• Monitor system performance and proactively optimize workflows
• Provide technical support to learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in LMS administration and system management
• Hands-on experience with CANVAS (mandatory)
• Solid troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities
• Strong communication skills with ability to support non-technical users
• Understanding of instructional design principles
• Experience with LMS integrations and APIs is preferred
• Familiarity with SCORM or xAPI standards is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Education Technology, or related field preferred
