We have opened 3 offline Centers in US - Taxas, Dellas, & New Jersey & have plans of opening more centers in coming months.
Job Descrpition:
-Act as a single point of contact and be the face of Bhanzu support for the customers.
-Respond to customer Refund queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
-Proactive outbound calling to build rapport with the customers.
-Identify customers’ needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions quickly and efficiently by coordination with cross-functional teams.
-Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
-Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
-Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements:
-Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
-Excellent written, verbal skills and interpersonal skills.
-Good conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to multi-task and display patience when handling tough cases.
