Role: Learning Experience Designer (K-12 Mathematics)
Location: Bangalore (On-site) | Team: Content & Pedagogy
The Mission
Transform K-12 math from "formulas on a page" into immersive, hands-on discovery. You will design the experiments, activities, and experiences that make students feel the math before they solve it.
Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Engineering: Map K-12 math concepts to hands-on experiments and inquiry-based modules.
- Product Prototyping: Design physical and digital "math labs" (e.g., using geometry sets, probability tools, or architectural models).
- Mastery Mapping: Create skill-based learning goals that focus on 21st-century competencies over rote memorization.
- Creative Content: Write punchy, minimalist student guides and teacher manuals that simplify complex concepts.
The Ideal Profile
- The Creativity: Ability to look at a topic like Quadratic Equations and design a physical activity to explain it.
- The Expertise: Strong academic background in Mathematics; experience with CBSE, ICSE, or international curriculums.
- The Location: Based in (or willing to relocate to) Bangalore for daily collaboration.
