Job Title: Learning Experience Designer (LXD)
Role Overview
Design impactful, behavior-driven learning experiences that drive real-world application and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end learning journeys (pre, during, post, and impact measurement)
- Develop programs on leadership, communication, and other behavioral skills
- Create immersive formats (simulations, role plays, storytelling, gamification)
- Translate client needs into structured learning designs (HLDs & LLDs)
- Design across ILT, VILT, eLearning, and blended formats
- Lead client discussions and propose research-backed learning solutions
- Develop facilitator guides and refine designs through pilot feedback
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to design quality
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation and efficiency
- Design assessments and measure learning impact
