Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer to design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance employee capabilities and drive business performance. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in process training, content development, performance coaching, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct induction, process, and refresher training programs for new and existing employees.
· Design and maintain training content, SOPs, manuals, and learning materials.
· Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
· Identify skill gaps and recommend learning interventions to improve productivity.
· Partner with Operations, Quality, and Business teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
· Provide coaching, mentoring, and continuous performance support to employees.
· Maintain training records, reports, and learning documentation.
· Drive knowledge management initiatives and continuous improvement in training processes.
Required Skills
· Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
· Experience in process training, employee development, and performance coaching.
· Ability to create engaging training content and learning modules.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
· Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
· Experience in IT/ITES, AI/ML, BPO, or technology-driven environments will be preferred.
· Prior experience in Quality, Process Excellence, or Learning & Development will be an added advantage.
