We are seeking a proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support employee training, onboarding, and development initiatives. The role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, and contributing to a continuous learning culture in a technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding and employee training programs
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business teams
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations
- Schedule and manage training sessions and logistics
- Maintain training records, reports, and feedback
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Support employee engagement and development initiatives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external trainers
- Working on talent acquisition simultaneously.
Requirements
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- LMS (Learning Management Systems)
- E-learning tools / content creation
- Exposure to IT/technical training
- Employee engagement practices
