• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts
Role Purpose
The L&D Operations Coordinator supports the execution and administration of learning programs to ensure effective delivery, accurate reporting, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage LMS data entry, attendance tracking, and training reports
- Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and participant communication
- Support delivery of virtual and instructor‑led training sessions
- Maintain training documentation and compliance records
