Learning & Development Operations Specialist (Fully Remote)

We are recruiting for a Global Leadership Coaching Startup

Working closely with a Renowned CXO Leadership Coach & Founder

We are excited to hire a Learning & Development Operations Specialist for our client - a dynamic global leadership coaching startup led by a highly respected CXO Leadership Coach.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone passionate about Learning & Development (L&D), executive coaching, and building impactful leadership programs. If you love creating smooth, delightful learning experiences and want to grow your career in program management and operations, this role is for you.

You’ll work directly with the founder as a trusted operational partner, helping deliver high-quality leadership development programs to professionals and executives worldwide.

Key Highlights:

100% Remote / Virtual role

Direct collaboration with the Founder

Complimentary AI Training by Leadence for the selected candidate

Strong growth path in L&D and Program Management

6-day work week (Saturday with flexible hours, primarily for live program support)

What You’ll Do:

1. Learning Program & LMS Operations

Manage and organize the LMS platform (TagMango or similar)

Upload, structure, and optimize course content and learning journeys

Ensure participants have a smooth and enjoyable learning experience

2. Participant Experience & Community Support

Welcome and onboard new participants into programs and communities

Provide friendly support through email, WhatsApp, and other channels

Help during live webinars and nurture an engaged learning community

3. Program Delivery Support

Coordinate live Zoom sessions and virtual events

Assist the founder during webinars (chat support, attendance, follow-ups)

Manage post-program workflows and engagement

4. Email Marketing & Automation

Handle email campaigns, newsletters, and automated sequences

Keep participant lists clean and well-organized

Tools & Platforms

Prior experience with LMS platforms, ConvertKit (or similar), Zoom, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and social scheduling tools is a plus.

We’re Looking For

• Someone genuinely interested in building a career in Learning & Development and Program Management
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly
• Excellent written English communication (Hindi is a plus)
• Organized, reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
• A warm, helpful personality with strong ownership and follow-through
• Prior experience supporting coaching programs, education businesses, or LMS/email operations is a big plus
