Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Learning & Development Lead to design, implement, and scale impactful learning initiatives across the organization. This role will play a critical part in building a high-performance culture by enabling continuous learning, capability development, and leadership growth across teams and levels.
The role also requires strong ownership in collation, curation, and management of learning content, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and scalability across the organization. The individual will be responsible for building capabilities across soft skills, business acumen, and technical expertise, while continuously adapting learning interventions in line with evolving business needs and role complexities.
Key Responsibilities
1. L&D Strategy & Planning
- Define and drive the organization’s Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals
- Build a structured learning roadmap across soft skills, business skills, and technical competencies
- Continuously assess and adapt learning priorities based on business growth, new roles, and capability requirements
- Identify skill gaps through regular needs analysis and performance insights
2. Learning Content Curation & Management
- Lead the collation, curation, and central management of learning content across functions
- Build and maintain a structured learning repository / knowledge hub for easy access
- Ensure content is updated, relevant, and aligned with current tools, technologies, and business practices
- Leverage internal SMEs and external partners to continuously enrich content
3. Program Design & Execution
- Design and implement training programs across:
- Soft skills (communication, collaboration, leadership, problem-solving)
- Business skills (domain knowledge, customer orientation, process excellence)
- Technical skills (role-based and functional capabilities)
- Lead onboarding and induction programs for seamless employee integration
- Drive blended learning approaches (classroom, virtual, e-learning, on-the-job training)
4. Leadership & Capability Development
- Develop leadership pipelines through structured programs and mentoring frameworks
- Create tailored learning journeys for different levels (ICs, managers, leaders)
- Strengthen managerial effectiveness and team capability
5. Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with business leaders, HRBPs, and functional heads
- Act as a strategic advisor on capability building and workforce readiness
- Manage external trainers, platforms, and learning vendors
6. Learning Culture & Engagement
- Drive a culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and innovation
- Promote self-learning through digital platforms and internal knowledge-sharing forums
- Run learning campaigns, workshops, and engagement initiatives
7. Measurement, Impact & Continuous Improvement
- Define KPIs to measure effectiveness of L&D initiatives
- Track learning impact across performance, productivity, and engagement
- Continuously refine programs based on feedback, analytics, and changing business needs

- Excellent facilitation, communication, and execution skills
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field
- Certifications in Learning & Development / Instructional Design (preferred)
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth organizations is a plus
