Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer based in Bengaluru. The L&D Trainer will design and implement engaging training programs, develop instructional materials, and deliver sessions to enhance the skills and performance of employees. Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating learning management systems, coaching team members, and evaluating training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement. Collaboration with internal teams to align training initiatives with business objectives is essential.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and Learning Management practices
- Skills in Instructional Design and creating effective training content
- Strong Communication and Coaching abilities to engage and empower participants
- Experience in assessing training effectiveness and refining methods
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to diverse learning needs
- Experience in corporate training or organizational development is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
